PRAC 6540 - Advanced Practice Care of Older Adults Practicum (2 cr.) This is one of four practicum courses in the Adult-Gerontology curriculum. Students will apply their knowledge of pathophysiology, pharmacology, and physical assessment to the diagnosis and management of those conditions more common in older adults. The focus of this course is on advanced nursing practice relevant to the acute and primary care environments. Prerequisites Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
